Pays are processed on Wednesdays for the previous week (Monday to Sunday). For Cedar candidates, pays are processed on Thursdays for the previous week (Thursday to Wednesday).
If you have any payroll enquiries, please email payroll@staffbydynamic.com.au, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Each week, you will complete a paper timesheet, signed by your supervising manager. You can download a copy of the timesheet from our website. The completed timesheet must be submitted to payroll@staffbydynamic.com.au no later than 9am on Monday morning for the previous week’s hours.
Payslips are emailed on a weekly basis to the email address provided during onboarding.
It depends on the client/host site. Some clients may close for business, while others remain operational. If you work during a public holiday, you will be paid penalty rates in accordance with your industry award.
Your superannuation is paid quarterly, in accordance with legislation.
